After hours of traveling and hanging out in airports yesterday as we flew home from Mexico, Brad and I woke up to see one of our adorable couples featured in the Florida Times Union this morning!  Michelle and Jamaal (whose gorgeous wedding blog will be posted tomorrow) were featured in the Lifestyle section of today’s newspaper.  You can pick up a copy today or if you want you can read the entire article about them here.  They have such a sweet love story.  Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Fudge.  Stay tuned for your full blog post tomorrow!

Thanks Danielle & Cassie!  You girls are the best! :)

On a rainy evening last week a small group of local photographers got together at the Burrito Gallery downtown for a bite to eat and to do a little “just for fun” shooting and experimenting.  It was a lot of fun just goofing off with other photographers, trying out some lighting techniques, and playing in traffic (literally).  I’d like to especially thank our models, Kari (a local photographer) and her husband Brad (who was celebrating his birthday that night)  for coming out and putting up with all our crazy antics.  I hope you all enjoy the photos we snapped that night.

Lucy just before we left the house… so cute!

The whole group (sadly the shot is pretty lousy but that’s what you get with a self timed camera balancing on a guard rail.)

On Friday, Brad and I shot Chelsea & Matt’s gorgeous wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island.  Early in the day there were storm clouds rolling in but the weather cleared up and gave us a gorgeous day for a beach front wedding.  Simple and elegant was the theme of this wedding.  Everything from the classic Monique Lhuillier dress to the clean lines of the cake topped with orchids echoed elegance.  I can’t wait to share more with you all, but for now these teasers will have to do.
