Just before heading out on our crazy long road trip, Bradford and I had the privilege of photographing one of the sweetest little newborn baby girls you ever could meet. She was only 9 days old and a tad over six pounds but little miss Ailey already knows how to steal your heart. We are so happy to share a few of our favorite photos from her newborn session with you. We can’t wait to see this sweet little girl grow and blossom over the next year as we document her first year of life.
I’m so excited to finally be able to share this gorgeous bridal session with you all. Rachel & Jason were married last weekend and now the bridal session we shot with her way back in the Spring can be unleashed. We had so much fun running all around St. Simons Island, GA and Brunswick with this beautiful girl. Although we were being chased by a swarm of gnats in some areas, Rachel looked stunning every minute of the shoot. We hope you enjoy these. Rachel, your wedding was amazing! We can’t wait to share it soon as well.
I have anxiously been waiting for the past month to share these gorgeous bridal photos with everyone. Susan & Jason were finally married this past Saturday at a beautiful historic church in middle Tennessee and we were so honored to be part of their special day. Although the wedding pictures are not ready to be shared, these stunning images of Susan taken at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens in Nashville should tide you over for now. I loved her Kenneth Pool dress from The Bride Room in Nashville. It was the inspiration for her jewel and crystal themed wedding. She truly was a beautiful bride and Jason is a very lucky man for sure.
Last month, while we were in Nashville, we had the privilege of meeting with up and coming musician Nathan Thomas to shoot some new promo images for him. We had a fantastic time wandering the streets of downtown and talking music. Just being in familiar areas and around music minded people brought back so many wonderful memories of our life in Nashville. The entire time we lived there, Brad was in a local hardcore style band. Yes its hard to believe but its oh so true. Brad has actually been in bands since he was 16 and is an incredibly talented guitar player and vocalist. The early years of our relationship were spent in dingy music venues, taking road trips to play shows and juggling real life and music life. We made so many incredible memories and met some amazing and talented people, I can honestly say those were some of the best years of our lives. We were so happy to feel like we were part of that life again if only for a few hours while shooting Nathan. We are eager to see how Nathan’s career takes off in the next few months as he prepares to release his brand new solo work. He is such a genuine and kind person with a true passion for people and music that we know there is incredible success in store for him. Here are a couple of our favorites.
Way back in early December, Brad and I teamed up with the fabulous Solutions Bridal of Winter Park to shoot some gorgeous images of a few of their spring gowns. We were so excited to be shooting designs from Kenneth Pool, Badgley Mischka and Anne Barge. Not only were the dresses to die for, but the location was insane. Bella Collina sits just northwest of Orlando in Monte Verde, FL and offers a taste of the Tuscan countryside right here in Central Florida. Brides, if you are looking for a truly unique location for your wedding, definitely check out Bella Collina. There is beauty in every little nook and cranny of this venue. Seriously, call us if you are getting married there. We can’t wait to shoot a real wedding at this amazing property.
This shoot would not have been possible without the amazing team working with us. Special thanks to Jillian Caro on hair & makeup. Melanie Pace on styling. The Solutions Bridal girls for providing the beautiful gowns accessories and assisting whenever needed and our amazing models, Melissa and Megan. This was truly an amazing group to work with and if you are looking for the perfect wedding dress, exceptional hair and make up or help styling the a unique wedding to remember, do not hesitate to contact these ladies! You girls were a dream to work with. Thank you!
Here are a few of our favorites from the shoot. We hope you enjoy!
This Kenneth Pool gown is so glamorous. I loved how Melanie paired it with black fur and gloves to create an old Hollywood glamor.
I loved this adorable little tea length wedding gown from Anne Barge. It can be sweet and sassy or amped up to have a rockstar appeal. Nothing like a cute pair of Jimmy Choos to show off those legs!
I loved how these Jimmy Choo ankle boots gave the dress some edge.
