You all may remember Lesley & Kyle from their driftwood beach engagement session earlier this year. They were such a wonderful couple to work with that day as well as on their wedding day. It was a windy Saturday in March when they tied the knot at Palm Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville Beach. After the ceremony we all headed down to TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach to celebrate the newlyweds. Their reception was full of love, laughter, and some of the best dancing we have ever seen. Because Kyle is the baby of the family, his brothers and sisters like to refer to him as “the chosen one.” I was cracking up when I saw his best man and older brother toast him at the reception parading huge portraits of him as a child. My youngest brother is 10 years younger than me and we always tease him that he is “mom’s favorite.” Often she agrees, especially when we point out he is the only child with photo shrines around the house. I felt right at home with this crowd. We had such a great time at this wedding, and we cannot wait to shoot Lesley’s sister’s wedding this weekend. It is sure to be another one of our favorites!

Sometimes the wind works in our favor… and we get a gorgeous shot like this.
I love this shot because we simultaneously captured Lesley & Kyle as well as a bird flying past them. I like to think the bird was singing “On the Wings of Love” as he flew by. haha
I just adore how Kyle always had Lesley laughing and smiling the whole night. There is nothing I love more than a couple who keeps eachother smiling.
A little Gator chomping before the groom’s cake was cut. Don’t worry, Brad closed his eyes.
Nothing says reception time like some serious fist pumping! These girls were awesome!
Kelly, the maid of honor and our bride this Saturday, doesn’t she have the best laugh!?
