When Kelly & James met on their first day of law school orientation, they knew they had found someone special. Maybe the perfect study partner, maybe a newfound friend, but they never really knew quite where they would end up just a few short years later. Their relationship quickly evolved from just friends who were thrust into the same classes to true soul mates. In the mix of law books and exams they somehow found their perfect partner. As soon as they both graduated with their law degrees, they wanted to focus on their relationship and planning the rest of their lives together. Not even studying for the bar exam could deter these two from wedding plans. In just under a year’s time they had both graduated from the University of Florida, passed the bar exam, found new jobs and tied the knot! Talk about an eventful year!
On the road to wedding planning they did hit a few hiccups along the way. A last minute venue change threw this sweet bride for a loop, but she handled it with so much grace and found an alternate location in the blink of an eye that turned out to be absolutely perfect for this warm spring wedding celebration. They were married on a sunny Saturday in mid May in beautiful Winter Park surrounded by friends and family. Reverend Eddie Rodriguez flew in from Miami to officiate a heartfelt and truly moving ceremony. Kelly looked magnificent in her vintage inspired Pricilla of Boston gown and threw in a little modern touch with her hot pink Kate Spade shoes. This girl definitely has a flair for adorable shoes. During the first look she took James’ breath away as he saw his bride-to-be coming down the stairway of The Park Plaza Hotel. At the ceremony, guests sipped on mango mimosas and refreshing mint water as Kelly & James became man and wife. The entire evening was so much fun and everyone truly enjoyed celebrating these two love birds.
Kelly & James, you both have been such a pleasure to work with and we loved every minute we spent with you two. We wish you both so much happiness in your new careers as well as your new life as Mr. & Mrs.
Lots of love,
Mel & Brad
