Our second wedding of the season really kicked our year off with a BANG!  A live band, Romanian alcohol, tons of dancing and a ballroom filled with some of the most high spirited wedding guests we’ve ever seen made this Valentine’s Day wedding one to remember!  Steve & Simina both live in New York City and planned their beach wedding here in Florida to get away from the bitter cold of the Northern winter.  They loved the look and feel of the Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club and knew all their out of town guests would love staying right on the beach and enjoying some Florida sunshine.  Although they did get plenty of beautiful sunshine, our winter this year didn’t quite provide the higher temperatures they were looking for.  It was certainly chilly, but still a welcomed break from the multiple feet of snow they had left behind.  With family and friends traveling from New York, Pennsylvania, and as far away as Romania, Steve & Simina were both thrilled that no one got snowed in and were all able to make it to their destination wedding.  Their wedding was lighthearted, filled with laughter and dancing and everyone seemed to be having the time of their lives.  A happier, more fun loving group of people could not be found.  Because Steve and Simina had traveled to Africa to climb Mount Kilimanjaro back in December, they chose not to take a traditional honeymoon, but spend more time here relaxing with the people they love most.  They were so excited to fill the hotel with all their loved ones and spend a long wedding weekend celebrating on the beach.  A cold day in February turned out to be a perfect wedding day for two of the kindest people we have had the pleasure to work with.  Below are some of my favorite shots from their wedding followed by a few of my favorite spreads in their album.
